If you’re not 100% satisfied we’re happy to exchange or refund. Just make sure you return your item in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt. You must also include the original receipt with the overleaf returns form completed. Please note that we do not refund delivery costs.
Note that all personalised products are unique and hand-made to order so cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How do I exchange or return?
It’s easy - just follow these steps...
1) Fill in the returns form on the back of your receipt
2) Put this form in your parcel along with the item
3) If you're exchanging the item you must also enclose a stamped address envelope
4) Stick the returns address label (it’s on the bottom of your receipt) to the parcel
5) Post it - we suggest recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit
6) Sit back and relax - your exchange or refund is on it’s way
